When Magnus Åkerman was the managing director of Alexander & Alexander AB (1986-88) he was responsible for many major Swedish multinational companies' insurance accounts.

Personal aim with his work: The client should have only one insurance broker who should be competent and creative enough to handle all the various insurance issues a company will face.

Jonas Åkerman has been an international insurance consultant and senior broker to Swedish multinational corporations for more than thirty years. He has also held the position of Chairman of SFF, the Swedish Insurance Brokers' Association, for twenty years.

Mr. Åkerman has been a board member of a number of captive companies and is presently Chairman of the Committee on Insurance Issues and Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Financial Services and Insurance, a position he holds at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.

Berndt Ek is a co-ordinator of life insurance and individual pension insurance issues.
